IBM OpenPages: Common Business Processes (v7.0) eLearning

This course is intended for IBM OpenPages GRC Platform users and administrators. The students will learn the trigger decision trees and trigger results, the purpose and outputs of helpers, and purpose and content of notifications in the business processes common to most risk domains in the GRC Platform. Areas covered include risk and control self-assessment (RCSA), metric management (key risk indicators), and issue management and remediation. The students will work with usage scenarios and demonstrations.
