Course Overview
The Jira training for users (beginners) offers all participants the opportunity to get a well-founded introduction to the basic functionalities of the software. We will make you familiar with Jira - for easy use in everyday work.
Structure and content
In this entry-level course, you will learn how to use Jira in your everyday work. Work with issues along the workflow, learn how to use the different search types and create issue filters. On top you will get an introduction to agile project management with Jira based on Kanban or Scrum.
Level: Beginner
Assessment: The training is not bound to an exam.
A Jira Cloud environment will be used during the training.

- Users who want to gain or expand basic Jira know-how.
- Project managers and teams who want to expand their knowledge around the proper use of Jira.
- Jira project managers and/ or project administrators, Jira application administrators and system administrators.
For administrators we recommend Jira (Cloud) - Administrator Training / Deep Dive (JADD-C).
Prerequisites
No previous knowledge is required to participate in the training. All necessary contents are taught and practiced in the training.
